Sunset Point located at 125 SW 284th Ave sitting on 22 ac. at the end of a beautiful, privately owned point, this house has the absolute best view of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding salt marsh and tidal creeks than any other place in Steinhatchee. No place has such seclusion and privacy so close to necessities of gas, groceries and restaurants in town, only 5 min. away. The sunsets are magnificent. Sleeps 10 comfortable with a max of 15. Bedroom 1 has 2 singles, one with trundle, bedroom 2 has queen bed, bedroom 3 has 1 queen and a single with trundle and bedroom 4 has 2 large bunk beds. Plenty of room for parking boats & trailers. Tidal creeks are accessible at half high or low tides for water activities. Boats to use would include canoes, kayaks and small shallow draft such as a john boat. FISHERMEN: THIS IS THE PLACE TO; Keep and wash down your boats and trailers (the house is 3 minutes from the ramp), Clean all the fish you catch (new 2 man fish cleaning station), Ice your fish and coolers for FREE (from our 500lb. onsite ice machine), Grill your catch and watch the sun go down (from the elevated deck) Drinking your favorite drink and talking about the day with good friends.
